If you purchase a subscription from Purella, the applicable subscription price, billing frequency, and other material recurring-payment terms will be disclosed to you before you complete your purchase.
Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew according to the billing frequency disclosed at checkout, and your selected payment method will be charged the applicable subscription price plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Upfront Ecommerce LLC, DBA Purella and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments until the subscription is canceled.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription through your online Purella customer account.
To cancel:
- Log in to your Purella customer account.
- Navigate to your Profile or Subscriptions section.
- Select your active subscription.
- Choose Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your cancellation.
Cancellation stops future renewals. To avoid your next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before the applicable renewal is processed.
If a renewal order has already been processed, cancellation of the subscription will apply to future renewals and does not automatically cancel or refund the processed order. Eligible returns and refunds remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
