Monthly Refill Subscription Terms

By purchasing a Monthly Refill Subscription from Purella, you agree to the following recurring billing terms.

Your first order will be processed immediately at the price displayed during checkout.

Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days, and your selected payment method will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

By placing your order, you authorize Upfront Ecommerce LLC, DBA Purella, to charge your selected payment method for all recurring subscription payments until your subscription is canceled.

You may cancel your Monthly Refill Subscription at any time by contacting support@officialpurella.com. before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

To ensure cancellation before the next renewal, requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your upcoming billing date.

You will receive an order confirmation after your initial purchase and a receipt following each successful renewal transaction.

Each subscription renewal automatically generates a new order for shipment. Once a renewal order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, but any eligible returns remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
